Reiki Mind Body Spirit Package 90 minutes/Studio

The Mind Body Spirit package provides a holistic approach to your mental, physical and spiritual health and allows you to take responsibility for your own healing. Even without the spiritual aspect, our bodies are awe-inspiring. It knows how to heal itself, though sometimes we need to remember how to tap into that healing. In this session, we use Reiki, Crystals, and Spirit Guidance. This may come in the form of a channeled message specifically for you – or if you have a specific question we may consult from Tarot or Runes.
